Stitt Oration- Walking Lovingly and Carefully in Creation
Steve Runciman has been working as a Clinical Psychologist in private practice for many years providing psychotherapy, therapist training, personal and spiritual growth groups and professional supervision to priests and chaplains. He obtained a Master of Arts in Culture and Creation Spirituality in 1993 and a Certificate in Christian Spiritual Formation and Direction in 2010. Having conversations with people about their psychospiritual life is one of the most fulfilling aspects of his work especially because, as Steve says, he learns so much from others’ journeys.
Steve recently returned from time in the UK which included visits to various centres of pilgrimage. The working title of his Creation afternoon workshop and 2024 Stitt oration is “Walking lovingly and carefully in creation”.
