Philip Carter is a retired Anglican priest, Spiritual Director, and Trainer, Retreat Leader, and Supervisor. His ministry included founding the Julian Centre (1997-2009), an independent and ecumenical spirituality centre in Adelaide, South Australia. He was also the inaugural president of the Australian Ecumenical Council for Spiritual Direction from 2006 to 2009, and a founding steering committee member and former president of the Australian Network for Spiritual Direction.
Philip's latest book, "Ordinary Heaven", is an extraordinary work that lovingly renders a lifetime of spiritual experience and reflection, honouring life and the sacred ministry of spiritual direction.
