The Dayspring Community (WA) is an ecumenical, open, contemplative community, expressed in various structures across WA, supporting others across Australia, and even into South East Asia. The Dayspring Community is known for its commitment to contemplative spirituality and for encouraging, supporting, and developing people, regardless of their backgrounds, who are seeking a transformative relationship with the Spirit of God. Dayspring people are known for their love for God and love for their neighbour, particularly those who are marginalized and considered to be the ‘least of these’.
We are not a church and for those of you who belong to a community of faith we would not seek to take them away from that. Our desire is to offer a safe place for people from various Christian traditions to explore ancient Christian contemplative practices as a pathway to enrich their own life with God. You will find a copy of our Rules of Association and By Laws HERE.
We have a Facebook PageDayspring Communitywhich details our events and other associated events in the metropolitan area, the Perth Hills, and our South West. Please note: our Library and some administrative volunteers are available on Tuesdays at St Peter & Emmaus Community Church for face to face contact. Between times we work online to attend to any requests you may have.
