These sessions are intended as an introduction to or refresher in the contemplative skills that we need for a rich and rewarding contemplative life in God and with each other. They will conducted through a mix of meeting online and meeting together in person at St Peter and Emmaus. Feel free to come one session or to all four!
Our first session will introduce you to the practice called Lectio Divina, or sacred reading, and the practice of Examen. Future sessions will look at Journaliing, Meditation through creative hands, The Jesus and Breath Prayers, walking the Labyrinth and using Contemplation in Nature.
